Our process starts with a free consultation and property visit, where we assess the property and your goals for the finished space.

After the visit, we prepare a written quote. When requested, this can be itemised so the scope is easier to understand and you can see exactly what we are charging for.

If you choose to accept our quote, we will then meet with you to confirm availability and the order of work. Throughout the project, Louis manages the work, quality control, site visits, quotes, customer communication, and scheduling. Trusted subcontractors are brought in for specialist trades.
Before completion, we carry out final checks and include snagging before sign-off. If minor points need attention, we address them before the job is handed over properly.
Where relevant, we can also provide manufacturer warranties, building control certificates, electrical certificates, and gas certificates. This provides clients with the peace of mind they deserve and helps protect the property’s long-term value.
